PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (hereinafter referred to as “MLJ”, the “Company”, or the “Corporation”) is a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and PT Jakarta Marga Jaya, engaged in the operation of the JORR W2 North toll road (Ulujami – Kebon Jeruk). This includes financing, technical planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of the toll road, as well as other activities in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
